Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

  Bonus abuse — including opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinating with other players to exploit the bonus system, or exploiting software errors — will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and recovery of any funds unlawfully obtained through bonus abuse.

  Free spins issued as part of a promotion are credited to the eligible games specified in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms before they can be withdrawn as real-money balance.

  ck144 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount and associated winnings if it determines that a player has acted in bad faith, exploited a technical error, or violated the spirit of these Terms or any applicable promotion terms in connection with that bonus.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ck144 for personal entertainment purposes only. Unauthorised use of ck144 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck144 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds resulting from a technical malfunction, loss of winnings due to a voided game round, or financial loss arising from your own betting decisions. ck144's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

ck144 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond ck144's control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. ck144 will endeavour to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance windows to users where possible, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Account Suspension and Termination

ck144 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the account holder is under 21 years of age; (c) fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity has occurred; (d) the account is being used in connection with criminal activity; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting ck144 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Amendments to These Terms

ck144 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ck144 will update the last-updated date at the top of this page and, where practicable, will notify registered account holders of significant changes via their account contact details. Your continued use of ck144 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ck144 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
